How long does an order take?
Every lock is built to order once you've customised it, so nothing sits pre-made on a shelf. Once your order is placed, we build and ship it within 2 working days.
How does the customiser work?
Pick a finish, then a colour within that finish, then optionally add laser engraving with your name or logo. The preview updates as you go so you can see what you're building before you order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is taken securely at checkout. Accepted methods are shown on the checkout page at the time of your order.
Can I return or cancel a personalised order?
Because every lock is made to your exact specification, personalised orders aren't eligible for the standard change-of-mind return. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we'll sort it. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Right now we ship within the UK only. If that changes, this page will be updated.
Can I match my lock to a specific paint code, not just a colour name?
Vinyl Colour Match and Painted Colour Match are built for exactly this. Choose the closest colour in the customiser, then mention your paint code when you add personalisation notes at checkout and we'll match it as closely as possible.
